- Make sure to select the resource you need. Not all staff are trained in every area. Choosing the wrong appointment may mean staff aren’t available, resulting in cancellation or rescheduling.

- We are a learning space bridging the gap between the home and professional studio; we are not a commercial service.
- If you anticipate going over the one-hour appointment slot, please make multiple appointments.
- Staff will provide an equipment overview at the beginning of the appointment and will be available on-site for questions.
- Cameras and recording equipment are for independent use, and DMS staff will not do photographing or recording for you.
- DMS equipment is for use only within the studio and may not be taken to another location.

Acknowledgement of Expectations and Rules for Use
During your first appointment, you will receive an overview and safety guidelines associated with the equipment you are using; there is no need to make a second appointment.
Before using any equipment in the Innovation Garage, users must agree to the Acknowledgement of Expectations and Rules for Use. This agreement ensures you understand the following:
- Equipment usage rules.
- Safety guidelines.
- Responsibility for proper care of tools and machines.
By agreeing, you confirm that you've read and will follow all posted expectations. Please read the full guidelines carefully before proceeding with your appointment.
Cancellation and Late Policy
- We will notify you by the email you provide as soon as possible if we need to cancel due to staff unavailability or building closures. Please use an email address that you check regularly.
- If rescheduling is not possible, we will do our best to guide you to alternative ways to complete your project or suggest resources.
- An appointment will be canceled if the appointment holder does not arrive within the first 15 minutes of the appointment start time. If the appointment holder is running late, please contact us by phone or email as soon as possible. Your notification about any delays in your arrival will help us assist you in rescheduling or canceling the appointment more effectively.
